What we publish about you, and what you can do about it · last updated 18 September 2026

This site names real people. It publishes how quickly you drove, where you finished and which nights you turned up. That is ordinary for a racing league, but it is still information about you, so here is exactly what we do with it — in plain words, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a privacy policy.

The short version

We publish your racing name and your lap times

That is what a results page is. It is the point of a league.
We do not publish your Steam ID, email or IP address

The race servers record your Steam ID. It is not on this site and is no longer downloadable from the results files.
You can ask to be shown under an alias

Your results stay in the record; your name comes off the page. Ask any admin on Discord.
Nothing here is sold, shared or advertised against

There are no adverts, no trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.

What we publish

All of this is visible to anyone, without logging in.

Live timing, while a session is running The name we know you by, your car number, lap and sector times, gaps, position, and short notes such as “takes the fastest lap” or “cut a corner”. It stays up for twenty minutes after the session ends and then goes.
Season statistics Wins, races started, track records, consistency, cleanest drivers, best comebacks, and the first and last night you raced with us.
Race results and championship standings On the ACC and AC EVO server managers: finishing order, lap times, penalties and points.
Why It is a racing league. Timing and results are what make a championship mean anything, and a result nobody can look up is not a result.

What we do not publish

Your email address. We do not ask for one.
Your Steam ID Until 18 September 2026 it could be downloaded from the managers' raw result files by anyone. That is now blocked — the pages still work, the JSON behind them does not.
Your IP address, beyond the server logs described below.
Anything from the private admin and steward channels.

What we keep but do not show

Your SteamID64 It is the only reliable way to tell two drivers apart and to keep your history attached to you when you change your name. Stored in a database that is not reachable from the internet.
Discord membership and the date you joined Used to see whether the community is growing. Member-level detail is only reachable from our own network, not from the internet.
Web server logs, which include your IP address Ordinary Apache logs, kept for troubleshooting.
The visitor counter counts visits, and nothing else It does not record who you are, where you are or what browser you use.

What you can ask for

Ask any admin on Discord. You do not need a reason.

To be shown under an alias Our usual answer. Your results stay where they are and your name stops appearing on the site. We would rather do this than put holes in a championship other people raced in — but if an alias is not enough for you, say so and we will talk about it.
To see what we hold about you.
To have it corrected. Names get misspelled and nicknames change.

Using this site

It is run by volunteers in their spare time and is provided as-is. It may be wrong, and it may be down.
Do not scrape it, and do not use anything here to harass anyone.
Screenshots in announcements belong to whoever took them They are posted by members and credited by name. Ask us if you want yours taken down.

Asking us something

Message any admin on the MNR Discord. If you would rather not do it in public, send them a direct message — you do not have to explain why.
